The Women of Service role is for a woman who could benefit from financial assistance, receiving a discount on the retreat in exchange for help with tasks before, during, and after the retreat. Tasks might include: help setting up the retreat, tidying and cleaning during the retreat, and help cleaning and packing after the retreat.
