I am a transformational facilitator and guide for emerging healers and women who want to heal themselves and the collective culture through their creative gifts. I’ve been in private practice for eight years and am a Certified Professional Coach by the ICF and a certified Transformative Coach by the Satvatove Institute.

I believe that women are actually the creative guides of society, yet most of us didn’t receive the proper shelter and mythic stories needed to help us understand the gift and power of our energy in the world. Born under the trance of a patriarchal empire we were raised to over-endeavor after values which were not our own, only to end up feeling tired, burnt out, and still feeling anxiously not good enough.

Only a living connection to our true nature and spirit will fill the anxious void that rattles our tired bones. I work with women who are ready to s l o w down, discover their own pulse, and birth their own way. When shown the model of the Heroine’s journey, mythologist Joseph Campbell said: “Women don’t need to make the [hero’s] journey. In the whole mythological journey, the woman is there. All she has to do is realize that she’s the place that people are trying to get to.”

I hold women’s hands as they walk the messy and meaningful journey of unlearning psuedo-masculine ideals and re-membering the healing power and presence of their own natural energy. I offer a sacred space to be held and seen in your pain, your grief, your gifts, your inspiration, and your dreams. Over the course of a coaching package we work together to help you heal old stories, find home in yourself, and birth your truest work into the world through the guidance of your own spirit. Through our work you’ll grow to feel secure, creative, trusting in your own energy, and ready to channel that wholeness into the healing of the world.

I believe the healing of the world begins with you — woman, regeneratrix, giver-of-life. The revolution takes place on the most subtle level of a woman’s being: her life, the micro-myth living out the universal myth of this world. The rebellion is in a completely opposite way of being than the prevailing powers-that-be would have us know: slow, embodied, un-striving, intimately in relationship with the human and other-than-human world and the Unseen numen behind it all. We do-without-doing. Know by un-knowing. And succeed by un-trying and moving slow.

For emerging healers, I offer a fusion of healing and transformative support, helping you manifest your dream from the alignment of your interior energy. This is the practice of ‘wei-wu-wei’ - a Taoist phrase for ‘doing-without-doing’ that requires the least effort, but attracts the most success. Most people building a business are desperate for strategy, for the “how” of building a business, and while that is helpful, after eight years of birthing my work into the world I can tell you that stepping into your calling is not about tactics; it’s about you rooting into a deep knowing of your value and the value of your gifts, and learning how to invite in guidance from spirit. So first and foremost, this an interior journey of sifting through the weeds of our fears, insecurities, and doubts to uncover the deeper truth about you, as whole, creative, capable, and with invaluable gifts to share. All of life is made of both spirit and matter and spirit is what is actually responsible for attracting success. With that understanding I teach you the practice of direct revelation - of how to be guided by spirit step-by-step. And together, with your own highest guidance leading the way, we help you come up with a plan that is distinctly aligned for you consistently sharing your gifts with the world.

Over the years I’ve worked with a handful of men, some long-term clients now going for seven years. With a lot of respect and care, I help men traverse their inner landscapes going to the vulnerable places that they have not felt safe or secure enough to go to on their own within a culture that taboos men’s vulnerability. My experience is that the men I work with grow to feel stronger, deepened, more purposeful and free as their energy is liberated by old patterns of repression and undigested pain and shame. Purpose, freedom, and wholeness is the intention.
